4.Baking ingredients:- half tablespoon baking powder and baking soda. And if you don’t have these ingredients, you can use 1 sachet of ENO.
5. Refine oil:- 1 spoon of refining oil. If you want to melt butter, you can use it, it’s totally up to you.

Procedure
Take all the biscuits and crush them in the mixer grinder. If you are taking the cream biscuits, I will suggest taking off all the cream before crushing, we will use it for garnish. If you have frosting cream then well and good. And if you don’t want to garnish the cake, then crush it until it becomes a fine powder. If you are using raw sugar then crush the sugar with the biscuits in the mixer grinder. And if you are using powdered sugar then put sugar and biscuits in the bowl. Give a mix to the powder. While making the batter of cake put the pressure cooker on the flame for preheating. Take a glass of water and put it into the pressure cooker, and also put a stand in the cooker or small steel bowl on which you will keep the water batter mold, and cover it. Remember one thing, the pressure cooker whistle, and rubber should be taken off before covering the pressure cooker. Okay, now come back to the batter preparation.
Mix slowly milk in the biscuits powder, and give it a good mix. Remember, no lums should be in the batter, take care of it. Transfer the batter in the mold and cover it with silicone paper or plate. Before putting the mold in the pressure cooker tap it once or twice, and transfer it in the pressure cooker.
